What is it?

The Snap Commit is three weeks of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two snacks each day) is designed to fit your individual needs and help you achieve your goals.

To begin, come in and meet with one of our registered dieticians, Andrea (Austin) or Kristen (Houston).

Click here and fill out the online nutritional form. It’s completely confidential and aids our dieticians in getting you on the right nutritional path.

After that, Andrea or Kristen will bring you in for your 30 minute consultation to get you started on your 21 day meal plan.

Why does it work?

Behavioral Science Research states that it takes 21 days to establish a new habit. If diets have failed to work for you in the past then it is time to make a lifestyle change!

We offer meal plans ranging from 1,200 calories to 2,200 calories. They emphasize lean protiens, complex carbohydrates, as well as heart healthy fats.

No butter, white flour, and minimal added sugars of the all natural variety.

Snap Commit will not only help you achieve your weight loss goals, but help with increased energy levels, decreased body fat, decreased hunger and fatigue, and more!
